How the GrillSure Hybrid System Works
The patented GrillSure dual grill captures fat, prevents flare-ups, and delivers healthier, more flavourful results. To use the hybrid system, simply arrange charcoal briquettes in the specially designed trays and use the gas burners to light them. Once the charcoal is lit, you can turn off the gas and cook over charcoal alone.
Important: Always monitor the BBQ temperature during use. Optimal cooking temperature is 180–220°C. Exceeding 250°C may cause damage and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
