Southwood Farmshop & Nursery Limited makes every effort to ensure that your order is delivered correctly. If any of your items are received faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem (email@example.com).
You have 7 days from the day your order is placed to let us know. At our customer service teams discretion a product replacement will be processed as soon as possible once we have been advised of the problem. (Please note to be able to provide a refund we may require the good returned to us within the 7 day period in its original packaging). So please ensure to keep all parts of the item, its packaging and shipping materials. If we are not notified within this period then we will not be able to refund or replace the items.
Due to the nature of our products we offer a seasons guarantee on them. But out of this period most items are covered by the manufacturers warranty over the item. Please contact their support teams for further assistance. If you are not able to find this please let us know and we can direct you to them. If your order is delivered on a pallet and it looks damaged when it is unloaded please notify the driver and they will be able to note this on the delivery system.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a perfect, complete and re-saleable condition (including original product packaging, labels and instructions).
You must notify us of your intent to return the products within 14 days from the day your order is dispatched on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are returning an in store purchase you must return it to our store within 14 days of purchase and provide your receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund (this includes free shipping orders where £4.95 will be deducted from the refund). On orders for garden furniture please contact us before returning and we will inform you of the shipping charge that will be deducted if you received free shipping. This is because it is variable depending on the size of the item.

Once our team receive the item back they will inspect it to ensure it is in line with our returns policy. Then they will process a refund if it is accepted. If not they will contact you to advise your options.
