Our Grillstream Classic barbecues come with the patented Grillstream system, a unique dual grill that captures fat, prevents flare-ups, resulting in healthier food and more flavour. All Grillstream barbecues also include the revolutionary hybrid system, the convenience of gas with the option for charcoal in one barbecue.
To use this you simply need to follow the video above. You line up the charcoal briquettes in the specially designed trays. Then use the gas system to light the charcoal. Once the charcoal is lit you can turn off the gas. Whilst using the BBQ is is very important to always monitor to temperate of the BBQ. The best cooking temperatures are between 180 - 220 degree celsius. If the temperature exceeds 250 degrees celsius it will void the warranty on the item and may cause damage to it.
