Generously sized fruits, weighing up to 400g and measuring 15-20cm in length on virtually spineless plants. Unlike some other varieties, these remarkable aubergines maintain their firmness even after harvesting, giving you ample time to savour their exquisite flavour. With its minimal spines, growing and harvesting this variety is a breeze. Their sweet white flesh is infinitely versatile: grill, roast or pan-fry.
