Around since the 1880s, these climbing peas fell out of fashion simply because they are too tricky to harvest commercially. However, this 'Telephone' Pea is perfect for the home grower. Harvest-ready in about 70 days, it produces masses of large pods, each containing 8-10 sweet and tender peas, over a long cropping period. Climb up a trellis or wigwam. (Wrinkled type).
