PAUSE, WATCH & ENJOY

GROWING UP AT SOUTHWOOD

Our five young goats

Our five young goats have grown a little since their earliest photos, but there’s still plenty to enjoy as you watch them getting on with their day.

Look out for them around their enclosure, exploring together or settling down for a rest. The wooden tractor makes a lovely setting for some of their adventures.

Already met them on a previous visit? Come back and see how much they’ve grown.

MEET THE RESIDENTS

A little farm, full of character

Alongside our young goats, George’s Animal Farm is home to Ben, Poppy, chickens and guinea pigs.

Ben, our older goat, is part of the Southwood family too. Alongside the five youngsters, he’s one of the familiar faces to look out for when you visit.

Our guinea pigs

Some of our smallest residents are the guinea pigs. Look closely and you may spot them exploring their enclosure or tucked away in a cosy corner.

Don’t forget the chickens

A few chickens also call George’s Animal Farm home. Keep an eye out for them as you look around and enjoy watching the animals go about their day.

MAKE A MORNING OR AFTERNOON OF IT

Animals, a little exploring & a coffee

Pair a visit to the animals with a browse around the garden centre, a stop in our farm shop or a break at Lucy’s Coffee Shop.

Lucy’s also has an outdoor seating area and a children’s play area — lovely for making a little more of your family visit.
